20/01/2020: Ok, this is my first post. I woke up late, and first thing I did is going to the gym. I did one hour of cardio and then:
{ gluteus machine (not sure if that the english name for it) x20 (each leg)
pectoral machine x15
horizontal press x20
some shitty waist exercise that doesn't seem really legit but it's not really demanding so it's like taking a short break x30
adductor machine x20 } x4
Then I went home and cook eggs mixxed with milk and a little of cream (not a lot cause I don't like to taste the fatty), and add it some vegetables:

A couple of hours later I ate more of the same:

I estimate that I ate 800 cals (±200).
After eating that I went running for almost an hour (I was tired af so it wasn't a really intense running tbqh).

21/01/2020: I woke up really early (I can barely sleep more than 5 hours), and had a really rought morning. Some shit happened, I had a pnic attack, etc, etc. And get I got bettter I ate a whole cracker packages (611 cal of usesless carbs reeeeeeeeeeeeeeee). Some hours later I ate the same as yesterday (yeah, I'm lazy af when cooking for myself so I make a ton of food and ate the same for like 3 days in a row ).

And a couple of hours later I ate a small banana (I already fucked up keto this morning).
Remember that I said that I had a rought morning? OK, I think they are kicking me out of my own house. It seems I really fucked it up this time. aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa (sorry i don't have anyone to talk about this whole shit and it's a kind of relief to write down this whole thing even though nobody is reading it)
